Mission
With faith as our foundation and excellence as our standard we work alongside our volunteers and partners to share the gospel and meet the essential needs of our neighbors through long-term relationship.
Vision
Creating a place of belonging that empowers our volunteers and those we serve in Snohomish County to embrace their God-given value and potential.
Values
· Dignity. We believe in treating each person with dignity and respect regardless of their ethnic, socioeconomic, or religious status.
· Hope. We believe true hope is found in a redemptive relationship with Jesus Christ.
· Transformation. We believe transformation occurs in the hearts of those serving and being served, as God redeems hurting people and broken situations.
Purpose
See a hurt and heal it. Find a need and meet it. Look for emptiness and fill it. Detect hopelessness and change it. Watch for aloneness and comfort it.
Foundation
Jesus says in Matthew 25: “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” ...When did we do this? “…whatever you did for one of the least of these…you did for me.’
